Quick and easy to make, a definate crowd pleaser. Adding a tsp of fresh chopped cilantro will kick up the flavor just a smidge!

I made the horseradish ranch spread and used it with the recommended roast beef sandwich. This was delicious. Very easy to whip up and not a lot of clean up. I would make this again if I made the roast beef sandwiches again. Good weeknight meal. Served with a side of celery sticks.
