  • 1 cup chopped smoked turkey ham (about 4 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup fresh corn kernels (about 1 ear)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers

How to Make It
