Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 3/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 (16-ounce) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15.8-ounce) can Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (such as KC Masterpiece Original)
- 1 (4-ounce) cup diced peaches in light syrup (such as Del Monte), undrained
Preparation
- 1. Heat a medium saucepan over medium heat; coat pan with cooking spray. Add onion; sauté 3 minutes or until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer over medium heat 10 minutes.
