Juice and zest of 1 lemon

Top toasts with salmon. Mix together crème fraîche with horseradish to taste, lemon zest, lemon juice and dill. Dollop crème fraîche mixture on the salmon. Garnish with sprigs of fresh dill and lemon zest.
