  • 3/4 pound sliced smoked salmon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pound thin-sliced black bread


  1. Arrange smoked salmon on a platter. Mix dill, green onion, lemon juice, and sugar. Spoon over salmon. Serve with sour cream and black bread.
