Open-Faced Smoked Salmon Sandwich

While tasty, the price of this dish is crazy. Four ounces of smoked salmon is about $8 and the recipe wants twelve ounces. That's one expensive sandwich. Having said that, the cream cheese mixture has some great flavors. I'd take that part of the recipe and use that spread in place of cream cheese on other things, like a bagel.

Totally amazing! We had this delicious open-faced smoked salmon sandwich for lunch today & we couldn't be happier!;) So healthy, so tasty and so totally affordable!;). We buy our smoked salmon @ Costco for a very reasonable price;). My family also loved the sauces & vegetables in it. My husband substituted the tomatoes for capers & it went perfectly fine!;) Thanks Cooking Light for another successful recipe! I can't wait to make this again!;)
