Smoked-Salmon Pizza with Mascarpone and Capers

    Pizza dough was the best I ever made, and the pizza very tasty. I would definitely make again and I would add a little more cheese.

    We used Mamma Mary's 7" Pizza crusts instead of making our own and it was still scrumptious. The cracked black pepper and chives mixed with the mascarpone to give it a nice slighty spicy creaminess that balanced the smoke of the salmon and the salt of the capers. Will definitely make again!

    This was a very good recipe. We cheated and substituted a store bought thin crust and added some more capers. It was excellent!
