Ingredients

2 cups uncooked farfelle (bow tie pasta)
1 1/2 cups sliced asparagus (about 12 ounces)
1 (4-ounce) package smoked salmon
1 1/4 cups grape or cherry tomatoes
1/3 cup (1.3 ounces) crumbled feta cheese with basil and sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 cup reduced-fat olive oil vinaigrette
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Cook pasta in boiling water 7 minutes, omitting salt and fat. Add asparagus; cook 4 more minutes. Drain pasta mixture. Rinse with cold water; drain well.
