I made this for friends and we all loved it. I think the success has to do with the quality of the salmon you use. So easy and quick.
Smoked Salmon Dip
Make this dip ahead, and serve it on whole wheat crackers or toasted baguette.

Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) tub light cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 4 ounces smoked salmon, chopped, divided
- Dill sprigs (optional)
Preparation
- 1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a food processor. Add half of salmon; process until smooth. Fold in remaining half of salmon. Garnish with dill sprigs, if desired.
