We’ve created an even lighter version of the traditional Smoked Salmon Dip with nonfat Greek yogurt, light sour cream and capers so you can enjoy more of it. Serve Smoked Salmon Dip with seeded crackers.
Yield: Serves 8 (serving size: about 2 1/2 tablespoons)
1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup light sour cream
2 ounces finely chopped cold-smoked salmon
2 tablespoons minced red onion
1 tablespoon chopped capers
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
Combine yogurt, sour cream, salmon, onion, capers, and dill. Serve with seeded crackers.
