Wow is all I can say. I was a little disturbed that the recipe included chicken bouillon, but since it is mixed with several other ingredients it really made sense, almost like a brine. Made the marinade and let it sit under the skin and all around the chickens over night. Roasted in the oven as directed (instead of the grill) and then finished on the smoker. Amazing, not spicy (I was concerned about the chipotle) just very flavorful. If you like spicy add the whole can of chipotle's in adobo sauce. Be sure to use fresh lemons for the juice. Loved it.
