  • 4 cup(s) milk
  • 2 cup(s) quick cook grits
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 6 1/2 ounce(s) smoked gouda
  • 4 cup(s) Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) white pepper


  1. Bring water, milk, salt, pepper to boil in Dutch oven, whisk in grits. Cook, whisking often, 5 min. until thick. Remove from heat, whisk in cheese and butter.
