  • 1/4 cup(s) Onion powder
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Salt
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Allspice


  1. Combine ingredients. Rub on ribs; refrigerate overnight. Smoke ribs at 225 degrees for 3-6 hours.
