- 2 tablespoon(s) Salt
- 1 tablespoon(s) Pepper
- 1 tablespoon(s) Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon(s) Mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon(s) Allspice
- Combine ingredients. Rub on ribs; refrigerate overnight. Smoke ribs at 225 degrees for 3-6 hours.
