These were good but I wouldn't recommend reheating them as it dried them out.

DH & I enjoyed this immensely. We only had 4 oz of cheese, and it was perfect. The first night, we had the taters as is; the leftovers on the second night, I made a quick pork gravy to ladle over, and we loved it both ways. We served pork tenderloin and spinach with the recipe. We look forward to these potatoes again. This dish is appropriate for both everyday meals and holiday/special occasion, IMO. Very, very easy to put together.

Excellent!! I used green onions, less salt and skim milk and it came out great. I also used a potato ricer which was more work but it was worth it.

I've made the Parmesan and Pepper version three times and found them to be very creamy, and have a great flavor. It's a nice, easy variation of mashed potatoes that works for an everyday meal or a special occasion.

It's not really even fair for me to review this, since I wasn't able to get my hands on goat cheese this time around (I plan to next time, since I think it makes all the difference), but my piece of advice for this recipes is to slowly add the milk, as 1 cup may be too much/make the potatoes too runny. In the future I think I'll add it more gradually and allow the potatoes to regain their volume. Otherwise, a classic recipe and very satisfying. Bon appetit! :) :) :)

This was really good. Followed the recipe exactly, served it with barbecued fish fillet. Husband and I cleaned our plate. Will make again,

AWESOME!!!! I love goat cheese, and it makes these potatoes divine- so creamy and flavorful. This is a regular monthly dish with braised beef in my house.

I LOVE THIS RECIPE!!!!!! really. im a BIG fan of goal cheese, so this works for me. i actually am quite liberal, and add more cheese than the recipe calls for, and am very happy with the outcome :)

I just finished making this for our christmas feast and altered it by adding 8oz. of goat cheese because i only had 1% milk. It turned out to be incredibly fantastic. I'm going to use this recipe every year now!

This was wonderful!!! I was lazy tonight so I did not peel and boil the potatoes. I bought Ore Ida Frozen potatoes and followed the back of the bag directions for the milk and butter. Next I added 2 oz. of goat cheese and 1 tablespoon of chives. Great with steak.

Why is the nutrition info at the end of the recipe so different from the info on the side bar? Not cool. Makes me doubt the accuracy of information on this site.

Didn't make this yet...looks good, but now I am also doubting the nutritional info provided in the recipes. I look for the nutritional analysis for the recipes I use and I see that there is a discrepancy. Very disappointed.

I thought these were really good! The flavor was great and I'm not a fan of mashed potatoes usually, unless they are something special. My only complaint is that they tasted a bit rich and therefore I doubt the nutritional info provided as previous reviewers commented.

Easy to make and pretty good! Not GREAT, but good. The goat cheese flavor didn't stand out as much as I had expected it to. Next time I will add a little bit more :)

I haven't tried this recipe yet, but to those reviewers confused about the nutritional info, the info in the side bar is for the original recipe, while the second and third lists under the recipe are the nutrition for the alternate versions of the recipe. If you add different ingredients to the same basic recipe, the overall nutrition is affected. Also, I usually would think it's better to rate a recipe on taste and overall appeal rather than how confusing the nutrition is.

It seems that everyone who made this (following the right ingredients and preparation) is very happy with it. I have made this twice now (just to make sure I didn't make a mistake the first time) and the potatoes turn into a big watery mush! I would say that 1 cup milk is way too much, but I will not try this a 3rd time. The goat cheese gives it a nice tangy twist.
