Slow roasted salmon w lemon and thyme

- 4 bar(s) Salmon filets
- 1 tablespoon(s) Chopped fresh thyme
- 1 lemons Zested
- 1.5 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Brush a tbsp of oil onto foil-lined baking sheet. Mix the remaining oil, lemon zest and thyme. Brush onto salmon filets. Season with salt and pepper. Let sit for 10 minutes. Roast at 275 for 15-18 minutes. Serve with a lemon wedge.
