How to Make It

Preheat oven to 250°F. Rub salmon fillets with olive oil, and sprinkle with sea salt. Place fish, skin side down, on a baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven until fish flakes with a fork, 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven, and serve with Hazelnut Tarator and Roasted Pepper Salad.
