    The pork has an outstanding flavor that is perfectly complimented by the acidity of the chimichurri. An excellent crockpot meal.

    My family loves thease, and there are usually lots of leftovers. I freeze them and make a quick meal latter.

    Delicious. I have a smaller than recommended slow cooker so I cut the pork loin in half. I also was short on time, so I started the slow-cooker on high for 2 hours and turned it down to low for the last 2-3 hours.
