This recipe was not at all gross, but just had very little flavor. It was also quite soupy - I prefer my taco fillings to be much thicker. It tasted more like a the makings of a decent stew than something suitable for tacos.

I typically slow cook the chuck roast in beef broth - remove and shred beef, retain a little of broth and add a packet of burrito seasoning mix. Let flavors blend for a couple hours and serve. Turns out great everytime.

Nothing exceptional. I have five other recipes for tacos that I would use before I made this again.

It definately needed some doctoring. While in the slow cooker, I added some garlic & jalapeno. I, also, topped my tacos w/ cilantro & lime juice. It turned out to be really good. We WILL be having these again!

I like it. Not too spicy - tacos are dressed up with other things like cheese, lettuce, oniions and taco sauce.
