Ingredients
- 1 can(s) TOMATOE SAUCE
- 1/3 cup bottled steak sauce cup(s) bottled steak sauce
- 1/4 cup(s) prepared horseradish from 6oz jar
- 2 clove(s) garliv choped
- 1 1/4 tablespoon(s) salt
- 1/4 tablespoon(s) pepper
- 1 1/2 pound(s) small red potatoes halved 4 1/2 cups
- 1/12 pound(s) carrots peeled cut into 1'' piceces
- 8 shallots quarered
- 1 1/2 pound(s) beef stew meat cut into 1 1/2 chunks
- 1/2 cup(s) all purpose flour
- copped parsley
Preparation
- combine tomato sauce steak sauce horseradish garlic salt and pepper reserve
- in 3 1/2 qt slow cooker combies potatoes carrots and shallots in bowl toss beef with flour until well coated place over potato mixture pour reserved sauce mixture over beef
- cover cook on low until beef is very tender 8-10 hours before serving stir stew to combie and sprinkle with parsley
