  • 1 can(s) TOMATOE SAUCE
  • 1/3 cup bottled steak sauce cup(s) bottled steak sauce
  • 1/4 cup(s) prepared horseradish from 6oz jar
  • 2 clove(s) garliv choped
  • 1 1/4 tablespoon(s) salt
  • 1/4 tablespoon(s) pepper
  • 1 1/2 pound(s) small red potatoes halved 4 1/2 cups
  • 1/12 pound(s) carrots peeled cut into 1'' piceces
  • 8 shallots quarered
  • 1 1/2 pound(s) beef stew meat cut into 1 1/2 chunks
  • 1/2 cup(s) all purpose flour
  • copped parsley


  1. combine tomato sauce steak sauce horseradish garlic salt and pepper reserve

  2. in 3 1/2 qt slow cooker combies potatoes carrots and shallots in bowl toss beef with flour until well coated place over potato mixture pour reserved sauce mixture over beef

  3. cover cook on low until beef is very tender 8-10 hours before serving stir stew to combie and sprinkle with parsley
