Great flavor, very easy to make. Definitely needs the time in the slow cooker to meld the flavors together. I used hot Italian pork sausage, omitted the wine and served it over linguine. Would definitely make again!

Made this today with four links of Italian sausage because my grocer didn't have ground pork. It has wonderful flavor and plenty of leftovers. It received rave reviews and is a "keeper." I served it with Parmesan crusted bread to "sop" up the juice. Yummy!

I served this with gluten free pasta, and it was absolutely delicious.

A bit of work in the beginning but so worth it in the end. The flavors are amazing. On my cooker, I did on high for 5 hours and it was perfect. I did use red wine in mine because I had some open.

Was delicious ! I will cook less time in the slow cooker next time though. Froze half of it and had that half last night. It was just a good. Will definitely make again. Yum!

This recipe is easy to follow, and the flavor was great. I didn't find no-salt tomato paste, so I only added a pinch of salt. I had to substitute petite diced tomatoes, because I didn't find a 15-ounce can of crushed tomatoes. I only used 4 cloves of garlic, because that's all I had (I forgot to buy garlic). Even with those subs, the flavors are great. Would definitely make this again.

Followed this recipe exactly as written and it was outstanding! Used tagliatelle pasta and added a sprinkle of parmesan to taste...my husband couldn't stop raving about how delicious it was, and it was even better the second day! This recipe is highly recommend and easy enough to throw together on a weekend morning and left to cook while out running errands.
