Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound(s) Beef blade roast Trimmed
- 1 cup(s) Onion Chopped
- 1 cup(s) Celery Chopped
- 8 ounce(s) Baby carrots
- 1 cup(s) Leeks Chopped
- 8 ounce(s) tomatoes Crushed
- 3 clove(s) Garlic Pressed
- 1 cup(s) beef broth
- 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) Pepper
Preparation
- Place roast in a slow cooker and top with remaining ingredients; blend well. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours. Pull roast apart and serve.
