These were great! Made them exact to the recipe, except used Hawaiian rolls since I can't find any others small enough. Do you have to make Parker House rolls from scratch? If so, I might try them on a weekend when I have more time. Otherwise, I loved these as I made them. They bring about a more sophisticated flavor that's conducive for a casual adult get-together.

This has become a regular rotation recipe in our house. They're great and easy. We like to use Hawaiian rolls, because they're just the right size.

I didn't have high hopes for a hamburger that had only salt and pepper...and our grill was broken so I had to pan fry. But the sauce/relish was very good and made this a hit appetizer. We served the burgers on Hawaiian bread. And they went well with the Burgundy at our wine tasting...minus the pickles.

This relish is so good. Made it and served with regular burgers with swiss. Nice change from the same ol' burger.
