Sliced Avocado with Pepitas and Lime

Ingredients

  • 1 large firm-ripe Haas avocado
  • 1 lime
  • Sea salt
  • 4 teaspoons toasted pepitas

How to Make It

  1. Slice avocado. Divide among serving bowls. Squeeze lime over slices, and sprinkle with sea salt; top with toasted pepitas.
