We are not picky eaters and like almost everything, but my husband and I agreed that this is not so hot. I used Italian breadcrumbs, lemon pepper, and a dash of red pepper to add flavor, but it seems dry and bland. It may be that we just don't like ground turkey breast in a meatloaf. The recipe might be very good with ground beef. It did need to cook an extra 10 minutes.

Husband loved; I was so-so. I think I used more meat than required, and didn't increase spices requisite, so that might be why I thought it was so-so. I would use one pkg. of spinach next time too. And it always takes longer to cook than stated, so I'd planned for that (I halved it too - freeze the rest and it still took about 45 minutes at 425.) I'll try again with listed changes tho as is there are other meatloaf recipes I've tried that I think are tastier.

This is my new "go to" meatloaf recipe. My husband loves it. The only change I make is that I only use one package of spinach. Turns our great every time

Loved it, with the modifications I made to it. Used 1 1/4 pounds ground turkey, no beef. Pureed onions & garlic in food processor (mostly because I don't like chuncks of onion!), used two whole eggs and mixed some ketchup and 1/4 parmesan cheese into the mixture. Lastly, only used 1 box of spinach - sooo good. Cook time did take longer and at the end I put it under the broiler to get a crisp outer crust to it.

Made this last night and both my husband and I loved it! I used only the turkey, no beef, one package of spinach and added some crushed red pepper flakes and cayenne pepper! Very good!

due to food allergy elimination, i had to leave out the onions, and the ketchup on top. i added a cup of celery, and a half shredded zuccini. 1 pkg spinach. used the very lean beef along with the turkey. i also had to use crunched rice krispies. yes, i used the worcestershire (wheat) but prob shouldn't have.....my fam did not care for this, but i would love to try again with the onions and tomato product when i can rotate foods again.
