I just made this for dinner tonight. Okra was in at the Farmers Market as were the cherry tomatoes. This is the easiest, best tasting meal. We had baked acorn squash on the side. Perfect dinner. I will make this one for company.

This recipe is definitely a keeper! I was pretty sure it would be good before I tried it because we like all the ingredients but we found it to be 'more than the sum of it's parts' . . . it was really, really delicious! I did make one small adjustment . . . the picture looks like it has leeks so I added a chopped leek (I cooked it with the tomatoes). After looking at the recipe again, I realized that what I thought was leek is probably the okra blossom.

This was excellent. I am not a big okra fan, but the okra was wonderful prepared this way. The only modifications I made were: 1- use cooking spray to cook okra and tomatoes instead of oil, and 2- added 1 T. of CL's shrimp butter at the end to finish it off. I will definitely make this again when I have fresh okra and tomatoes.
