Ingredients

  • Olive oil-flavored vegetable cooking spray
  • 3 (8-ounce) packages medium-size fresh mushrooms, halved
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add mushrooms and next 4 ingredients. Cook, stirring constantly, 3 minutes or until mushrooms are lightly browned and tender. Add lemon juice, tossing to combine.
Note: Crushed garlic gives a more intense bite to food than minced. Crush peeled cloves with a garlic press or with the flat side of a large knife.
