Olive oil-flavored vegetable cooking spray
3 (8-ounce) packages medium-size fresh mushrooms, halved
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
2 teaspoons lemon juice


Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add mushrooms and next 4 ingredients. Cook, stirring constantly, 3 minutes or until mushrooms are lightly browned and tender. Add lemon juice, tossing to combine.


Crushed garlic gives a more intense bite to food than minced. Crush peeled cloves with a garlic press or with the flat side of a large knife.
