- 2 cup(s) elbow macaroni uncooked
- 1/4 cup(s) onion minced
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) dry mustard
- 2 cup(s) cheddar cheese shredded
- MELT BUTTER IN MEDIUM SKILLET,AND ADD UNCOOKED MACARONI,ONION,SALT,PEPPER AND DRY MUSTARD.STIR IN 2 CUPS WATER AND BRING TO BOILING. REDUCE HEAT TO LOW,SIMMER UNCOVERED FOR 10-15 MINUTES UNTIL MACARONI IS TENDER. STIR OCCASIONALLY.REMOVE FROM HEAT AND STIR IN CHEESE.
