This is a easy recipe to have on hand for after a long day at work. My family loves it. Pair with salad and garlic bread and you are set to go. I have used both ground beef and ground turkey (which ever is on sale). I also use low fat ricotta and mozzarella cheeses to lower the fat content. I like that I can also use whatever tomato sauce that I have on hand (sometimes homemade) and get great results.
