This is one of my favorite recipes! So delicious, super easy. I always make some scalloped or au gratin potatoes to go with it and green beans. I have not changed the recipe as written except I generally use canned pineapple instead of fresh.

This is an excellent recipe. It's super easy, has tons of flavor, and is one of my regulars for everyday and special occasions. My Mom and I both made it for company and it was a winner with them as well. I use canned chunk pineapple with the juice to make it a little saucier (and cheaper!).

This was delicious! The taste of the pineapple over top of the ham was fantastic. Next time, I am trying it with a honey ham to add a bit more flavor to it. It was also suggested to add cherries to the mix to bring out the flavor of a regular ham steak (if you like cherries). It was so easy to prepare.
