Thought it would a quick, easy dinner, but it is that and so much more. Served with zucchini and rice w/ black beans w/ some cilantro mixed in to tie the flavors. Got rave reviews from my sister and brother-in-law. Very impressed!

Superfast but with very nice results. Made to recipe using cod, except doubled the amount of spices (to taste) on a few pieces of the fish. Served with saffron rice & broccoli.

This was good, and super fast. I followed another reviewers recommendation and served with zucch, summer squash, and bell pepper stirfried in a little bit of olive oil for a side. The dish was very pretty, and my husband actually enjoyed it which is saying something since he does not particularly like fish. I didn't find it particularly flavorful, and it definitely needed the acidity from the lemon. Overall a good quick meal, but not really memorable.

Delicious! Very easy and quick, too. Served with sauteed spinach with garlic.

Fantastic! I baked it to save on dishes and put the sauce on at the end.

The fish was amazing. Hubby kept saying how good it was all through the meal. I added just a bit (1/3 cup) of Panko to the cumin and red pepper - i browned both sides until golden in just a slight bit of olive oil and then baked at 425 for about 5 minutes to finish. The Panko gave the fish just a little crunch and the butter topping is AMAZING. This one is good for a week night because it's ready in minutes but i would also feel very comfortable serving this to guests.

I may have tasted more delicious things, BUT, they didn't involve fish (which I love) or require so little of me to prepare. This is company-worthy, so easy to prepare and extremely tasty. Go for it - easy, inexpensive, tasty and impressive.

I added some lime juice to the butter sauce because the rind didn't make it tangy enough for our tastes. But It was excellent. Have made it twice in one months and will make it again. Going to use it for one of our larger family dinners because it's so easy. Served with cumin garlic baked fries and a salad with citrus dressing.

This recipe is quick and delicious. I have made it many times. It is perfect for a quick meal. I used tilapia and had rice and broccoli on the side.

This was wonderful. I really dont like fish but I am trying to include it in my diet. My husband thought it was wonderful. Keep those good recipes coming. BTW: I used lemon juice because I didnt have fresh lemon. It was still good

Good, basic recipe. I liked it, but I am just trying to go by the rating system. I had to sub green onions for the cilantro because my husband is allergic to it, and I subbed tub margarine for butter because it was just the two of us eating it and I didn't have any softened butter. I really liked the flavour of the seasoned "butter" with the fish. Thanks CL!

This is my first time trying tilapia and it was delicious. Squeezing the lemon over the fish seemed to make it taste even better. I didn't bother with the cilantro. This is a definite repeat.

I have such a hard time finding fish recipes I enjoy and it was wonderful to try this one and actually truly enjoy it. I used Orange Roughy and it was so moist and nice and I even ate it alone. I will definitely make it one of my regular recipes from now on.

My husband, who says he only likes fish with a bread crumb or batter coating, loved this. I made it exactly as the recipe says. It was delightful! Plus, it's quick and easy. We had baked sweet potatoes, and a green salad with beets and mandarin oranges in it. It made a very pretty plate.

This was SO easy & SO quick, especially for a weeknight meal. However, I would definitely feel comfortable serving this to guests as well. I did alter the ingredients slightly as follows: mixed a little Wegmans pan-searing flour in with spices before coating fish, used Kerrygold garlic herb butter, and lime rind/juice in place of lemon. It all came together awesome! I will be adding this one to the "go-to" file!!

I Loved this recipe. I often cook tilapia, cod, etc. and am looking for recipes with alot of flavor. Instead of the cumin and red pepper I used Penzey's Barbeque 9000 and it came out terrific! The cilantro butter was a great addition. I will make this often.

An outstanding recipe and so easy to make. It was given a 5Star rating by my family. The only change I made was to substitute fresh mint from my garden for the cilantro. Comments were: "make this again and soon please." I made fried green tomatoes as an accompaniment. The tilapia and tomatoes made a great pair. Thank you

We've been making this recipe for quite some time now, and it is super yummy! Before trying this, I never considered myself a seafood person but this recipe gave me confidence to try other fish. I always eat it with tilapia, but my partner has eaten it with rock fish and flounder. I definitely recommend it!!

There must be something wrong with my computer, this recipe was supposed to be for cider-glazed chicken, instead of some fish recipe. None of your recipes match the days they are listed. The calendar is totally out of sync!

Didn't think this was very special. We especially didn't like the cilantro butter combination. I have other tilapia recipes I like better, so won't make this again.

This is EXCELLENT! And so easy to prepare! I multiplied the mixture for the seasoning so that i could season generously. It was so incredibly tasty!! I also prepared a White Wine Shrimp Sauce and drizzled over the talapia and rice: Sauce- 3 chopped shallots and1 cup of white wine reduced over medium heat by half, 1 cup of shrimp broth and 1 lb of small shrimp added then reduced by half, 2 cups of cream reduced by half, whisk in 2 sticks of unsalted butter one pat at a time to taste, simmer and whisk until well blended, add a little chopped cilantro to taste...i like LOTS OF CILANTRO! My picky kids even ate this up!! We had a little neighbor friend over for a playdate and she had dinner with us. She could not eat her whole serving so she bundled it up and took it home. Her mom was texting me in the middle of the night raving about how yummy it was and asking for the recipe. I think I will make this again tonite! My most important advice...multiply the seasoning mixture!!!

This was really excellent. The cilantro butter and lemon really worked. However, the next time, I will double the spices as I don't think there was enough for 4 fillets. (I made two and it ws barely enough) I am going to share this one with friends.

Very good weeknight recipe. Not spectacular, but very tasty and easy. I took the other reviewers' advice and tripled the spice mix as the tilapia filets were large (and could have used even more spice, I think). I added 1/2 - 1 t of garlic powder to the spice mix, too. Added a good squeeze of fresh lemon juice to the cilantro butter as it needed some additional pizazz. Slathered the cilantro butter on filets while still hot in the pan, then topped filets with fresh pico de gallo salsa (chopped red onion, tomatoes, jalapenos, cilantro and avocado) on the plate. Served with a grilled corn and black bean salad. Ole!

I would definitiely make this dish again. I would make this dish to serve to guest. It is simple to make and comes out delicious. I did, however, alter the recipe. i took the advice of one of the reviewers here. Added 1/3 cup Pank bread crumps, pan fried for 3 minutes, then baked for 5 minutes at 425 degrees. It came out so good that I even forgot the butter cilantro sauce. However, I brought the sauce with left overs for lunch and yummmm...
