    I was skeptical -- no garlic or ginger? But made to recipe and it was very good. Cut carrots much thinner than 1/4". Would make again using any mix of crunchy veggies.

    The only part of the recipe that needs work is the sauce/seasoning. The combination of vegetables and meat is great. The cooking instructions lend to crisp vegetables and tender rmeat.
