This was a fantastic way to make pork tenderloin. Very flavorful and so moist. Nice coating on the outside and tender inside. My husband loved it. We're trying the Chipotle Pork and Avocado Wraps with the leftovers for lunch tomorrow.

I gave this 3 stars because I altered the recipe. I added more spices to the Rub. (garlic, onion, smokey paprika, season all salt) I cooked the meat slow and low on my BBQ (250 degrees) I did not have apricot preserves so used Jalepeno Jelly. The roast was tender and very tasty. I used the left overs for Cilantro Lime pork Tacos. Most Excellent !!

Great recipe. I've used it many times and will do many more times. Family LOVES it. I could do for fancy dinners too. Very simple and very tasty. I've served with mashed potatoes, asparagus, rice...goes with anything...didn't change a thing in the recipe. I only cook a 2-3 lb roast for the minimum time, in my oven, it comes out just right.

Soooo good! Followed the recipe exactly and it was quick, easy and delicious! I used some of the leftovers in a romaine salad with craisins, yellow peppers, sunflower seeds, and honey mustard dressing and it was very tasty.

Easy recipe that looks pretty too. I am not a huge oregano fan so I think I'll try thyme next time. I might also try the apple jelly or orange marmalade. This is such a great basic recipe, though, I'm giving it a 5. I used the leftovers in the Carmelized Onion and Horseradish sandwiches and those were to die for!

Wonderful, easy and economical. This is just delicious. I used pepper jelly, but followed all other directions exactly. The pork was moist and flavorful. Served with roasted root veggies. Husband and son both loved this dinner. Will definitely make again!

This is my new go-to recipe for pork. It was so juicy and sweet. My pork however split into two as I was trimming it so it made it easier to cook. Can’t wait to make tacos with the leftovers for out father’s day fiesta!

Truly excellent. Next time, I'll make a little extra glaze to use after slicing, but so good! And super easy to do.

I made this with the apple jelly and it came out great.

I have made this pork recipe several times and it always turns out beautifully. Have paired with the apricot-glazed roasted asparagus recipe. Very simple and delicious.

Very easy, and very delicious. The whole family loved it. I made it exactly as it, except I used homemade apple cider jelly on it.
