    Fabulous, though I do agree with the first reviewer that you need to have the egg whites and gelatin whipped and ready to go before the sugar syrup boils. I'm sorry to say this only served 4 at my house. I put it in large martini glasses. Can't wait to try it with raspberries.

    to call this recipe "simple" is the biggest misnomer I've ever seen. The timeline of the recipe steps were not on point at all, I ended up with almost solid gelatin & almost cold candy, in fact some of the candy did stick to my beaters. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was for the taste, it was yummy. Iwill make it again altho next time I will prepare the gelatin mixture & the whipped cream in advance & make the candy last
