What a great okra recipe! I chopped up fresh okra and used a regular yellow onion. I cooked the okra about 8-10 minutes and only added 1/4 tsp salt. I agree that increasing the other spices might be good. We will definitely make this again while okra is available at the farmers market.

I just burned the heck out of the onions, but we ate it anyway to not waste okra from our CSA. It had a really nice flavor and we decided to make it again and be more careful.

This recipe was disgusting...idk what happend...Maybe it was the mustard seed...because that was all I could taste was the mustard seed. Will not be making this again!!!!!
