Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice (about 2 large oranges)
- 1/3 cup vertically sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce
- 1/2 pound mahimahi or other firm white fish, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 avocado, peeled and diced
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and toss well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
