- 8 ounce(s) baby spinach
- 1 teaspoon(s) olive oil
- 1 pinch(s) kosher salt
- 1. Heat the olive oil in a saute pan with deep sides over high heat.
- 2. Add the spinach all at once and sprinkle with the kosher salt.
- 3. Use tongs to aggressively turn and stir the spinach until it is all wilted. Immediately remove from heat and serve. The whole package of spinach will cook down in 1-2 minutes or less.
