Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 6 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced radishes

Preparation

  1. Combine lemon juice, olive oil, pepper, and salt in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and radishes; toss to coat.
