- 1 pound(s) Asparagus
- 2 tablespoon(s) Olive oil
- 1 lemon juiced
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup(s) Parmigiano Reggiano grated
- Preheat over to 350 degrees. Place asparagus in baking dish with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Place in over and roast until asparagus is tender, about 10 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmigiano. Serve immediately.
