Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup(s) Flour
- 2 tablespoon(s) Sugar
- 4 teaspoon(s) baking powder
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 cup(s) milk
- 1/4 cup(s) Vegetable oil
Preparation
- in a bowl combine all dry ingredients with whisk. In a small bowl combine eggs, milk, and oil. Slowly add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix only until LARGE lumps are gone.
- Using 1/4 cup measuring cup, bake in heated griddle or frying pan. Bake until bubbles appear and edges are brown. Flp and cook for a minute or so longer. Serve with syrup below:
- Pancake syrup
- Dissolve 2 cup of brown sugar in 2/3 cup of water. Add a pinch of salt and boil 1 minute. Add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla and mix well.
