- 1 1/2 cup(s) farro
- 1. Soak the farro in cool water for 20-30 minutes. Drain.
- 2. Add farro to a medium saucepan and cover with one inch of water and a 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt. Turn to medium high and bring to a boil. Lower heat to medium-low and cook, uncovered, for 25 minutes, or until tender. Drain and serve.
