Simple Coconut Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1/2 gallon soften vanilla ice cream
- 1 (16-ounce) can cream of coconut
- 1/2 to 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
Preparation
- Stir together the ice cream, cream of coconut, and flaked coconut in a large bowl. Cover and freeze 8 hours or until firm.
