How to Make It

  1. Preheat broiler with oven rack 6 inches from heat. Arrange Broccolini on a jelly-roll pan coated with cooking spray. Drizzle with oil, and toss to coat. Broil until lightly charred and crisp-tender, 8 to 10 minutes, turning after 5 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve with lemon wedges.
