- 1 pound light silken tofu, drained and cut into 11 (1/2-inch-thick) slices
- 1/4 cup Ponzu Sauce
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions

Preparation
- Place tofu in a single layer in a large dish; drizzle with Ponzu Sauce. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour. Sprinkle with onions and nori.
