Shrimp in Yellow Sauce

    Visually appealing and a good combination of flavors. I made it with saffron rice and that worked well. However, I'd add some veggies and do it as a main dish.

    fantastic! I've made this 4 times and it has always been a hit. I've use yellow onion in place of the shallots with no problem. Good to make sauce ahead of time and then reheat and add shrimp ( chicken is good too) just prior to serving.
