  • 18 shelled butterfly shrimp 3/4 pd
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon(s) minced ginger
  • 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon(s) minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 2 tablespoon(s) medium dry sherry
  • sauce
  • strained marinade
  • 1/3 cup(s) water
  • 2 teaspoon(s) cornstarch
  • saute
  • 2 tablespoon(s) corn oil
  • 1 teaspoon(s) minced garlic
  • 3/4 teaspoon(s) minced ginger
  • 1/2 cup(s) cubed sweet red peppers
  • 1/2 bunch(es) watercress
  • hot cooked rice/ oriental noodles

Preparation

  1. combine the shrimp with marinade sit 1 hr strain., combine marinade with water and cornstarch, cook x 1 min, heat oil add shrimp, ginger, garlic.x 30sec, add peppers 30 sec and add sauce serve over noodles or rice
