1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; toss well. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp mixture, and sauté 4 minutes or until shrimp are done. Remove from heat; stir in cilantro and remaining ingredients.
