  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon grated lime rind
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
