This recipe is good as written, but I would probably like it even better if it had some sort of spicy kick to counter the sweetness of the honey. I might try adding some cayenne pepper to the shrimp prior to cooking or minced jalapeno to the avocado/corn mix next time.

The whole family LOVED this and wanted it again the next night! I used frozen corn and it turned out great. Fresh would just be the icing! We didn't even use sour cream. My boys wanted lots more. I will make a bigger batch next time.

This recipe was so fast and very, very yummy! It's definitely in my dinner rotation. I do think it could use a little spice, not too much; just a tad, but it is fantastic as written.

This was great. I also made some sriracha mayo to spread on the tortillas which added an extra kick. I'll definitely make this again

Loved this recipe--so fresh and healthy! I doubled it for my family of 4 adults, added about 2/3 can black beans to the salsa and reduced the S&P. We did not even have one kernel of corn left! Obviously we all loved it!
