- 3 clove(s) garlic crushed
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 1/2 cup(s) olive oil
- 1/4 cup(s) minced parsley
- 1 lemon juiced
- 24-30 jumbo shrimp unpeeled
- Marinate several hours. Grll on skewers until they are pink on both sides. Have also tried this with frozen peeled shrimp and delicious as well. Just be careful not to overcook.
